Product Description
The Magewell Eco Capture Dual SDI M.2 is a dual-channel SDI video capture module with an M.2 2280 Type M (PCIe Gen2 x2) host interface. It accepts SD/HD/3G-SDI signals through two MMCX connectors and supports input resolutions up to 2048x1080. An integrated cable equalizer extends reach to 330m for SD-SDI, 190m for HD-SDI, and 150m for 3G-SDI signals, with support for RGB 4:4:4, YCbCr 4:4:4 and YCbCr 4:2:2 color sampling at 10/12-bit color depth. A full 10-bit video processing engine (~180Mpixels/s) provides hardware de-interlacing, scaling, color-space conversion and frame-rate conversion. An on-board dip switch supports multi-card deployments of up to 16 cards with 100ns hardware timestamping and cross-card audio/video synchronization, making it well suited for broadcast recording, production switching, live streaming and professional monitoring.
